Making an AppointmentCall 609-397-8585. We make every effort to keep available appointment times for urgent/same day visit needs. Please call early in the morning if you feel you have such a situation. For routine visits, a call in the afternoon is best, when our phones are less busy. Return visits should be scheduled during check-out from your initial visit. Canceling an AppointmentWhenever possible, please provide us 24-hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. If you expect to be late, please call our office as soon as possible. This courtesy allows us to be of better service to all our patients. There will be a charge incurred for those appointments cancelled without 24-hour notice. In all fairness to our professional staff, we ask that you respect this policy. Your First VisitAt your first visit, we will begin a permanent record. We ask you to complete a medical history and registration form. This will be mailed to you when you contact the office for your first visit. This must be completed and returned prior to your first visit. Please provide us with copies of relevant medical histories, evaluations, reports and lab tests so that your practitioner can review them prior to your visit. This will make the first visit more productive for us and rewarding for you. If you have insurance, please bring your insurance card with you. Try to arrive at least 15 minutes early for your first visit. Emergency CareAfter-hour emergencies do arise. If you need the assistance of a practitioner, call the office at 609-397-8585. If no one is in the office, a taped message will instruct you on how to reach the practitioner on call. Please feel comfortable to call us when you have an urgent need. If the situation can wait, please call back during regular office hours. There may be a fee for evaluation and management of problems by phone in lieu of an office visit. In a life threatening emergency, it is best to go to the emergency department of the nearest hospital where the physician on duty will begin treatment. Telephone CallsTelephone calls for information will be handled by our trained staff. If you need to speak with a practitioner, we will usually have to call you back during the lunch hour or later in the evening so as not to interrupt our care of patients. There may be a fee for phone consultations that require more extensive evaluation and management by the practitioners.
